Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese that contains only 30% water and 70% nutrient, so it is rich in protein, minerals and vitamins. Good, digestible, delicate and very versatile in the kitchen, this cream is suitable for preparations ranging from the starter to the first, to the second dish.
To savor the cream of Parmigiano Reggiano's "La Dispensa di Amerigo" cream or fry a tiger, spread the cream at room temperature on the hot base, you will get a great appetizer, scented, tasty and very fast.
Use the cream also for the filling of simple tortelli to be fried in pan with thin strips of ham or Modena Parma. Consider a jar of 90g for two servings.
