The intention was to enhance our territory through the cultivars that most characterize it ... the result: three single monovarietal extra virgin olive oils.
The Madonnina extra virgin olive oil is the expression of the most modern extraction technologies that allow us to obtain an intact oil, with an acidity lower than 0.25 grams of oleic acid per hundred grams of oil.
Of category Green fruity, multivarietal from Umbrian cultivar, balanced, cold extracted, of intense green color, obtained by pressing olives harvested in advance directly from the tree of homegrown varieties: Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio. Sensory Notes: The palate exalts the pleasant green fruity scents with bitter and spicy harmonic notes, while the nose recalls herbal aromas, with pleasant notes of fresh olive and tomato. Pairings: The "La Madonnina" extra virgin olive oil is excellent to enrich dishes where the taste of the oil must be felt among the flavors of the other ingredients. It is expressed to the full on the sliced beef, to season a seasoned cheese, on croutons, salads and legumes to flavor.
