Ingredients:
- 400gr of pasta
- 100gr of broad beans
- 150gr of guanciale
- 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
- pecorino as required
- Parmesan cheese as required
- pepper

Preparation:
Brown the guanciale in a hot pan and add the beans previously boiled in salted water.
Drain the pasta and sauté it with a little cooking water, add the previously beaten egg in a bowl with Parmesan and pecorino.
Serve and sprinkle with a little pepper.
