PASTA LEMON AND PEPPER - ( GRAMS 250 )
Saute 3 cloves of garlic whole but crushed in olive oil. Add plenty of parsley, minced, and canned tuna.
Allow to fry, and finally sprinkle with a generous glass of dry white wine. Go all in a blender and reduce cream. Put everything in a pan and add 100g of tuna in oil and diced small tomatoes and finish cooking the sauce. Cook the pasta in salted water and complete its cooking by jumping in the pan with the remaining ingredients.
