Tronchetto di Porchetta

Prodotto tipico umbro, fatto ancora oggi secondo l'antica ricetta di famiglia tramandata da padre in figlio.
Il suino, una volta disossato, viene condito solo con prodotti naturali (sale, pepe, aglio, rosmarino e finocchio selvatico), dopodiché viene legato a mano e cotto in forno a 300°C.
Oltre al Tronchetto di porchetta la nostra azienda produce anche porchette intere, realizzate con busti di suini della zona.
