Dried sausages with truffles
Product obtained by grinding pork shoulder and bacon. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and spices, stuffed into natural gut (pork budellina) and seasoned for about 15 days.
In addition to the classic dry sausage, there are three variations: spicy dried sausages (with the addition of chilli powder); dried sausages with truffles (with the addition of black summer truffle or scorzone (Tuber aestivum), dried porcini sausages (with the addition of dried porcini mushrooms).
the products are put under vacuum, around 300 grams.
